Spring Semester Internship: Student’s will learn basics of real estate investing with a focus on marketing along with acquisitions. Students will learn basic investment formulas to find an ideal price for properties along with the multiple steps needed to raise funding for acquisitions. Interns will also learn about marketing for rentals.
